Here’s a relic from the Star Wars expanded universe.
My parents recently sent me a bunch of old children’s books they’d saved, and among them is Star Wars: The Mystery of the Rebellious Robot.
Published by Random House and illustrated by Mark Corcoran, this book has a 1979 copyright, so the story takes place before Empire but after the Holiday Special.
The plot involves robots and the Millenium Falcon and Jawas but there’s no sign of Darth Vader or the Empire anywhere.
It’s got a $1.95 price tag. I wonder how much it goes for on eBay?
